Three Sisters Range near Dease Lake, Cassiar Hwy, BC

Coming back from a 5 week camper tour to the Yukon Territory and Alaska, we were driving south on the Cassiar Hwy and just past Dease Lake we had a fantastic view of the Three Sisters Range, part of the Stikine Mountains. There was road construction with frequent stops for the next 100+ kilometers. Despite the heavy construction traffic, we have never seen so many black bears before. We stopped counting at about 20, all of them peacefully feeding along the road side undisturbed by the workers or trying out the freshly graded road.
